Within the school improvement arena, leadership generally has two questions it wants answered:
- What do good schools look like?
- And, how does our school compare against them?
The domains and standards Cambridge International has developed, based on the most recent research into best practice, help to address the first question, while the self-review process (surveys to stakeholders and accompanying report) helps answer the second.
Throughout, Cambridge International seeks to draw alongside schools, offering them a framework around which they can gather evidence of how they are doing, relative to ‘what good looks like’. We then support schools in prioritising areas for improvement and next steps.
Where required, Cambridge International can provide direct consultancy to schools in order to help them improve in key areas.
